Returns

• We have a 7-day return policy (only for returnable products).
• Please ensure that the returned products are unused and unworn and that the original tags are intact.
• International orders are not eligible for return.
• Once the product is picked Refund will be initiated in 3 working days to the source account for prepaid orders, For the COD orders, a Razorpay link will be sent to the registered email ID.
• Please share the package unboxing video for the wrong product / Missing item received.
• Don’t hand over the Product without a pick-up slip or SMS Confirmation.
• Item purchased during the sale is non-returnable.
• Only exchange will be applicable on order purchase on sale/offer.
• Only one-time exchange is allowed.
• Don’t share the OTP with the carrier if you haven’t received the product.

Exchanges

Eligibility for Exchanges:

• Exchange is not available to products at or below Rs.899/-.
• There is no additional charge for any exchange orders.
• For new orders of lower price, the balance amount will be refunded as a gift voucher.
• Size exchange is subject to availability. 
• Please share the package unboxing video for the wrong product received.
